We are very familiar with preparing files for numerous types of apparel production such as screen printing, thermal transfer, embroidery etc. We have the inhouse ability to produce small runs of apparel, bags, etc. using thermal transfer material or screen printed thermal transfers. Don't be confused...THESE ARE NOT "IRON-ONS". These graphics require a commercial heat press capable of high heat and pressure.
These methods are great for short runs, prototypes and personalizing shirts and athletic jerseys with individual names and numbers.
We can also send out designs that are screen printed onto thermal transfer paper for application later. They can be multiple spot colors and process colors too! These prints can be applied to a host of products such as shirts, bags, jackets, etc. They are great for printing on demand so you never have sizes and inventory you don't use!
